A simple warm up can make a huge difference - prepare your body with these effective functional training
tips.
Pickelball is one of the fastest growing sports and most anyone can do it. Protect your achilles tendon, knees and low back with a few exercises you can do prior to playing:
Lengthen and stretch your calves, hip flexors and abductors and adductors
Paddleboarding is a great total body exercise. Warm up utilizing balance work together with shoulder and thoracic spine rotation
Hiking/Wallking a sport for anyone and everyone. Use a tennis ball to lengthen and stretch the calves and shins and follow up with a tennis ball foot massage
Motivate, educate and provide your students with movement experiences for all bodies
